Data collected when visiting this website.
As this is a shared hosting service, the host Aqua Ray SAS collects and records the connection and browsing data of visitors (including their IP address).
Aqua Ray SAS provides me with the possibility of consulting statistics. These statistics are made up of aggregate data on visits such as operating system, type of browser, referring URL, country of origin, pages and types of files consulted, session duration, number of hits, bandwidth. Aqua Ray SAS also gives me the possibility of consulting the list of visitors’ IP addresses (with, on a monthly basis, for each one, the total number of pages consulted and hits, and the total and average bandwidth).
The data processed by Aqua Ray SAS is associated with IP addresses, but neither Aqua Ray SAS nor myself, publisher of this site, have a register of individual visitor identities that would enable us to associate these IP addresses with the identity of a visitor.
I do not store on my own computers these data which the host Aqua Ray SAS allows me to consult.

PURPOSE: to enable me to follow up on professional relations, prospects, art lovers, to inform you of upcoming exhibitions, or to answer your requests for information, or to inform you, solicit you or have exchanges in relation to my artistic activity.
Data you provide in connection with the purchase of a work.
This site does not allow for the purchase of works online. However, you may be purchasing work from me by other means.
When you purchase a work from me or when I issue an invoice, I may record the information you provide, including your identity and contact details, and the details of the proposed or completed purchase.
PURPOSE: to ensure the practical, logistical, technical, accounting and administrative aspects of supplying the work.
Transfer of your personal data.
I do not sell your data. I do not transfer your data for reasons other than those stated in the previous paragraphs.
When a work is shipped, your data is transmitted to the shipping company (which has its own rules for handling personal data). Data concerning the sender, the recipient and the parcel may be transmitted by the shipping company to its transport and delivery partners, as well as, if applicable, to customs authorities.
Duration of storage of your data.
–Data you provide to me voluntarily, not related to an acquisition: data you provide to me is stored until I process a request for deletion from you or for a maximum of 3 years without action from you after a solicitation, except in the case of contractual obligations, legal imperatives or in the event of litigation).
Simple information emails that do not require a response from you are not considered as solicitations, but you can ask me to stop receiving them at any time.
-Acquisition-related data: Data is retained for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations (e.g. billing data must be retained for ten years) or to provide evidence (for example, in the case of assignment of copyright in works).
The rights you have over your data.
Concerning your personal data, you have a right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of processing.
As this site does not offer the creation of an account or the posting of comments, I do not have any data relating to the consultation of this site that I can link to your identity.
However, I may have some limited personal data, for example if you have purchased a work from me or if you have provided me with personal data spontaneously. In this case, you can ask to receive a file containing all the personal data I have about you. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
In order to exercise your privacy rights in relation to the processing of your personal data by me, please contact me. If you contact me by e-mail, please ensure that your e-mail has reached me by activating the “acknowledgement of receipt” of your e-mail service.
